A Paan ( betel leaf ) is an ancient food tradition in India. Traditionally each leaf is packed with ingredients like areca nut, dry roasted fennel seeds, coconut powder, honey, cloves and cardamom pods.
Sparkling shades of red and green glass, mixed into shades of leaf green terrazz and slivers of silver chips give this Kulfi a stunning, authentic look.
Junoon simply means passion in Hindi, and that's definitely what Junoon brings to the table. This NYC received a Michelin star the same year it opened and continue to reign in the same presitigous award year and ayear.
